MBMNET-App v2.2.3: CIA-Titelversion korrigiert (Update scheiterte als Downgrade)

makerom übernimmt die mittlere Versionsstelle nicht, dadurch war z. B. 2.2.1
in der CIA 2.0.1 und damit älter als die installierte 2.0.4 (AM-Fehler D8E08027).
Jetzt: Haupt*10+Unter als erste Stelle, also 2.2.3 -> 22.0.3.
